HALL
RENTAL AGREEMENT
The seating capacity of the hall is 68 people when using tables, 105 for chairs only.
The
hall opens on to a 360 square foot deck looking out at Niantic Bay. There is on site parking.
The
Following Stipulations Are To Be Followed
1 ~
The Post Hall may be rented on a daily basis only.
2 ~ The individual renting the Post Hall must
have a Post member in good standing as a sponsor.
3 ~ The individual renting the Post Hall is
totally responsible for cleaning up after the event. This includes inside as
well as outside.
4 ~ The rent includes the use of the kitchen,
bathroom facilities and meeting hall.
5 ~ The member sponsoring the event is
responsible to see that the above stipulations are carried out.
6 ~ In most cases the hall may be setup in
advance.
7 ~ The rent for one day is $150.00 for non-members, $125.00 for members and $100.00 for life members.
8 ~ A deposit is required.
